AMAZING! so many puzzles and such a brilliant set. I'm in awe, this is the BEST room I've done. I would give it more stars if I could!!!

Fantastic room and decor! Loved the puzzles although some were a little tricky. 

This room has a brilliant range of puzzles that flow well. Another fantastic room from Clue HQ Warrington! 

There were a few confusing moments and very packlock heavy but overall a great room! 

Absolutely loved this room! The puzzles are so original and clever. The story is brilliant too, and really worked with all the elements of the room. Great flow, fantastic hosting. 

Only thing that we would have preferred is to have more puzzles as we got out quite quickly with no clues.

Superb room and the host, Amy, was fantastic. Highly recommended!! 

Host was brilliant with going through the rules and story. Room had lovely elements but very linear so as a group of 4, some of us were left with nothing to do in parts. Would be better as a group of 2. 

Host did a great job with immersion and the story. We found it creepy and very realistic! Some puzzles were very clever but some were broken as the host had to come into the room to fix it which broke the immersion. Would have preferred a more range of puzzles too. 

Very immersive with great pace! A brilliant room with various ways of opening different areas. Only downside was that I felt there could have been more puzzles to solve. 

Great room layout! Fantastic hosting. Also loved the physical aspect to the puzzles. However it was quite difficult as there were a few puzzles I wouldn't have got without clues

Very interesting looking room but some puzzles were not put back together properly so we had access to a box when it should have been locked. Some parts didn't make sense either. Host was very in character but kept giving hints when they weren't needed or asked for and we felt rushed to finish even though we had plenty of time and didn't even access some puzzles. Not sure if the host knows how some of the puzzles work to be honest.

Great host, some puzzles that were extremely creative and good fun. The design of the room was not the best and quite unoriginal.

Absolutely amazing room! The puzzles were on theme and extremely creative. It is a small room but that didn’t matter with just the two of us. The only downside was that the host didn’t explain the story much and just seemed very unenthusiastic. 

Brilliant set design! These guys really know how to make you feel immersed. Clever puzzles. The downside being that there was not a huge range of puzzles, most used combination number locks. Heard they are removing this room which may have been why some elements were missing.

The room was one of the best decorated rooms I’ve seen. It felt so real to a point where it  was genuinely terrifying. A lot of searching is needed in this room but there are also a lot of original puzzles that were great to solve. Is an extremely well designed room but I wish I had known how scary it was as I may not have booked. Our host was great and you could tell how passionate he was. 

The setting was fantastic but unfortunately this was not matched by the quality of the puzzles. We had multiple instances where we had “solved” the puzzle but spent minutes trying various ways of converting the answer into numbers for a combination lock. Quite frustrating solving experience which meant we didn’t get a huge amount of satisfaction when we finally solved the room. Our host was unenthusiastic and there was almost no backstory or motivation given which set our experience off on the wrong foot. 

The host was absolutely brilliant! The construction of the room and puzzles was very impressive with hardly any locks. Not a 5 star because there were a couple of moments of frustration that we wouldn’t have understood without the host’s assistance. We did have to guess a few times on the puzzles. A few terrifying moments but perfect if you like spooky films. 

I put “who knows” as time taken because we genuinely didn’t know. There was no timer and the host didn’t tell us how long we’d taken…to me the whole experience felt like an eternity.

Great room for families. The room itself is beautiful and feels like a real hogwarts room. The downsides are that the puzzles were on the whole quite straight forward. Recommend for younger players or if you’re new to escape rooms.

The owners recently revamped this room and we loved it! This room packed in so many puzzles with many wow moments. Pacing from one puzzle to another was perfect with no dull moments. Not too scary either which was great for our group as we had a good laugh. Great fun, highly recommend.

Loved the immersion of the room, great hosting and perfect introduction video to set the scene. Lots of great puzzles but a couple that didn’t seem to fit. Small space but they did pack in a few surprises. Mostly traditional locks but the tech elements were well done.

Very kind and helpful staff. Creative puzzles which fit the theme of the room. The downsides are that the room is quite small so it was fine for the 2 of us but not sure how well it would have gone with a larger group. Also it was quite heavily reliant on combination locks. Was good fun though and pacing was great!
