A well-staged room with a good variety of puzzles built around an entertaining story. The game isn’t afraid to lean into its theme, with some interactive moments that will be right up the street of more outgoing players. While not every element was entirely my cup of tea, it made for a memorable experience and set the room apart from others I’ve played. I wouldn't say there were any unique puzzles that stood out.

Lovely lady that hosted us and a well themed looking room - but it just didn't feel like there was any real story. It's just a room that looks a bit like Toy Story and some puzzles and locked drawers. I love their other games but I just didn't vibe with this one sorry

This isn't an escape room as such but an "experience" which I guess fits into the escape room category. The tech is fantastic but after 75 mins it's a little repetitive and not that exciting.

The buttons knobs switches and screens are great but I feel it's let down by the stapled foiled wall. The quality of the entire venue and other rooms sets my expectation very high and this just feels very out of place. On the outside of the room they have a really cool spaceship looking panelled wall - I'm not sure why this isn't carried on into the room - it would look way better!!

Honestly though, I'd still recommend going to give it a go because clearly a lot of effort has been put into all the games here!

This is a fantastic venue with a beautiful game - very well thought out and high immersion set design. The quality of this game really is 10/10.

I hate to review a game so low but this isn't great. It doesn't make sense, the puzzles are long, drawn out and frustrating and the set is basic. Think egg cartons and plastic cups stuck to the wall with some ikea chairs in middle. Compared with their other rooms it feels like this one was put together in a week where as all their other games are SO much more immersive. It says on the website "new room" but it's not.

This game is tired! It's definitely time to retire it. We finished it in 30 minute with no clues and at certain points some of our team were bored. There are what feels like elements of other puzzles which are no longer used still left in the room but broken. All the props look battered - this isn't the normal ERC experience I'm sorry to say :(

A fun room with a good balance of challenges. The game kept a steady pace throughout and there was plenty of variety to keep everyone involved. A few elements are starting to look a little tired now, but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

We took advantage of the money off to play a second game on the same day and opted for Oc2. The set is good, but we found the story very linear and info given almost literally telling you what to do - which I'm sure for some teams they won't pick up on, but we're a bit ADHD and follow instructions to the letter. Generally the puzzled are very basic. There were a few moments that will make you scream / jump but you're not going to wet yourself. There's one puzzle involving heat that needs looking at, you can barely see what you're supposed to see.

Good game, although looking a little tired now. Nothing that particularly stands out - but we enjoyed the puzzled involving rope (without giving anything away). Escaped with plenty of time to spare!

Oh my god GO and play this game. I can’t put into words how fun it is. The tech is off the charts but not in an overwhelming way. I met the owner who gave us a tour of how they achieved certain things in the game and we came away with a patch for playing on opening weekend. It’s immense. Better than their other games! You won’t regret it. 

This was a big game which you’ll need all the time for and you definitely need to play it as a larger group. You can see a lot of effort has gone into the design but it does feel a little rough round the edges. Without giving anything away some things that are meant to move fall off rails, things that slide aren’t smooth and require force you wouldn’t usually give in a game. It’s fun, but could do with a little finesse around the edges. Staff are really lovely though!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this game today. Spent the day in Cardiff to play 2 games from 2 different companies and felt like we chose so well! 10/10 for both games. This is on the smaller side but the attention to detail was really awesome.

It's so hard not to give anything away but just go and play this!

Played with my sister and her daughter while visiting Weston. Good game, nothing special but we all had fun. There was one bit of tech that was broken which took a long time for the host to realise and help us along. I don't believe we finished on 59 mins as I saw the time change mid game.

Loved loved loved this game. So unique, there's just not enough time to explore everything. We didn't manage to collect everything and some of the puzzles were HARD. But worth every moment and very good value for money! Hosts / Owners lovely!

It's OK. I wouldn't not recommend it - but I've got in my spreadsheet notes (because we played this last year) that some of the tech was broke and it wasn't very immersive. It was smoke for the sake of smoke, it was a headset for the sake of a headset. A random spinning fan with LEDs on which you couldn't really see properly. It was OK, it's just all a bit middle of the road (Sorry!)

That said, it is an improvement from their older games a few years back at their previous venue!

Played this before heading off on holiday and really enjoyed it! Some unique puzzles we haven't seen anywhere before! Managed to steal over £2m. GM was awesome too! Worth a visit!

Wasn't expecting much from this place as there isn't very much here about them but wow. Very well designed game that's made a good use of tech without it being ott. Looking forward to coming back and trying their other game. Host was lovely too! The only comment was their waiting area is a bit small but you're not their for long anyway.

Not really an escape room but still a wonderful experience - the people you're with make it or break it. So go with a big team of people you know if you can!

Unexpected 10/10 game by Suffolk escape rooms, loved the story, the games and the amount of areas. Everything felt logical and the game was really enjoyable. As the other review has mentioned, they're not really in Bury St Ed but imo it was worth the travelling!

We played the previous version of this years ago which I can't remember much about but this is just as good!
