I had a great time with this room, even if it made me a feel a bit stupid at times.
Between the immersive acting and the detailed set design, this game easily setup the room's theme and the reason for each puzzle, along with the methods for solving them.
The puzzles themselves had a nice range of difficulty, with some making others significantly easier once completed, though without appearing mandatory.
This was confirmed in part when our team was able to effectively skip a puzzle we couldn't solve with reasonable deductions and existing skills, allowing us to ascertain the conclusion of the puzzle with minimal steps (after discussing this particular puzzle with the creator, I still have no idea how to solve it properly).
The classic time limit is present, but is implemented in a creative and encouraging way that lead us to take more risks, but also work more decisively as a team, something we struggled with for half of the room.
All in all I don't think the room would be difficult for pros (though as I understand it this is something they're working on), but for beginners and introverts this is the perfect game; fun, immersive, safe, and rewarding.
I look forward to whatever room they come up with next.
