Challenge The Room Castres: L’esprit du Bayou

An interesting story hook, and some interesting puzzles, and a good host -- but some of the puzzles had a bit too much chaff (that's puzzler slang for "information you gather but end up not using").  Also, this is one of the few play-at-home games that uses Discord, which is not as ideal for this sort of thing (one problem, for example, is that you can't use the same account to stream on multiple machines, so when I wanted to listen on one computer and watch on another, this wasn't possible.
