Mad Mansion Bilbao: Dino Rising Red

The game was ok, the rooms a bit small, but ok for 3 people... The problem was that we found a key, when we asked the Game Master, he told us that was the last key, so we run to the final door, but when we tried the key, it didn't open the door....  Then he told us to push a button to open the door. That was not the correct key!!!  We needed that key to open a box and solve a previous puzzle!!! So we missed the last puzzle of the game 🙁 When we get out, the Game Master pretended nothing had happened. When we asked him about the key, he showed us the part of the game we had missed, but never apologized... or tried to compensate us.
