Well, it looks like our time travelling days might be coming to an end; we’re down to the last crystal that powers our time engine! We’re usually in touch with some space age time travelers from the future that will send a couple of crystals back now and then (nice of them right?), but we’ve not heard from them in a while… Luckily we have just enough power left to send you to the future to find out what’s going on for us and hopefully snag a couple of crystals on the way!

A good game however we got stuck on one puzzle only to find out later, there was no way for us to ever solve the puzzle due to what we needed being taken off.
The room was a bit on the short side (as a team of 2 we finished in 36 mins). The puzzles were a bit mixed - a couple of nice ones and a couple of rather uninspired ones.

Great hosting by Marcus, with a funny room introduction and helpful hints only when we needed them, great variety of puzzles - including some funny ones and some really hands-on ones - and another great use of space.
Great set and great hosting. This is a humorous game that doesn't take itself too seriously. Not very difficult puzzles so I'd say it's better suited for those just starting out.
Such a good laugh, we also left this room with big smiles on our faces! A fab set, quirky characters and clever use of some spaces. Be warned that there is a bit of crawling if you have dodgy knees, but no tight scary spaces. This was a nice soothing balm after the terror of Edith ;-D
This is a fun game, this time the portal takes you into the future where you will have all manner of whacky problems, we both came out of this with huge smiles on our faces, some familiar puzzles wrapped up in silver foil, not one to miss.
Hilarious! I don't think we have laughed so much in an escape room before, and not because we were being dumb! This is what escape rooms are all about, a great time. The only reason it's not the full 5*s is because it could do with a few more puzzles.
Steve, our GM, did an excellent job of introducing the game with deadpan humour. The theme here is a spaceship in the far future, and at first glance the setting looks the part. On closer inspection, however, the high-tech screens are actually just backlit posters, and most of the puzzles involve finding a code and then putting it into a padlock. There are a few more high-tech puzzles and some nice touches, but if you're expecting something 'next generation' this room isn't it.
What it does demonstrate is that it's possible to create a great-looking and immersive room, while also having lots of padlocks. If you hate padlocks stay away, but if you don't mind them, this room offers a lot of content for even a fairly experienced team. We played as a pair, I think 3 players would also be ok, any more and it would start getting a little cramped as the physical spaces were not especially large. Also be warned there is some crawling around.
Where this room really shines is in the humour - there were loads of little humorous touches and several laugh-out-loud moments, as well as a few tense moments. Let's just say you will need to do a little bit of performance as well as just solving puzzles.

Although it follows Unescapable‘s pattern of “name of person” game titles, the Mary of this game is not a person but a spaceship. The premise here is that Unescapable are running out of the crystals that power their time travel portals, and need you to head to the future to get some more - but the spaceship in which you arrive appears mysteriously deserted.
All of the venue’s games look good, and Mary maintains the standard. The actual implementation uses plenty of number padlocks, but manages ...
As always, these reviews are own personal opinions, but if I were pressed to name the best game at Unescapable, Mary would be my selection (although my favourite was Tommy). With pleasing puzzles, a great atmosphere, and a whole lot of fun, if you’re having trouble deciding which game to play at Unescapable, you can’t go wrong with Mary. (Well, really, you wouldn’t go wrong with any of them.)
