Really really fun room, having done more than 50 escape rooms.

Wasn't too challenging for a team of two, but definitely kept you on your toes! It's a mostly traditional escape room, with some interesting tech.

I really enjoyed it and the host was fab - definitely coming back to do the other rooms. 

Only thing I would change would be a better clue system, with sound playing when you get a clue, and clues coming up after being typed - but it wasn't walkie talkies, so that is a huge plus!

LOVED this game SO much. The set is immersive, the storyline is fantastic, and the stakes were high! A little tricky for a team of two, but all escape rooms are.

Some additional signposting might be good - but, we may have missed things as we were only a team of two, and it didn't impact my enjoyment. I think a team of 4-6 would really suit this game, much less search fails (I myself am not the best searcher!).

Would absolutely recommend The Locked Door to anyone in the UK who loves Escape rooms. I travelled for 8 hours to do this, and I will do it again when new rooms come out. 

Thanks again Jordan and Heather for making my game amazing, and I have no doubt the incredible set design was Holly's work!

Absolutely loved this room. Our Games Master Jordan was fantastic. 

I adore sci-fi rooms, and having run one myself - I know how tricky the tech can be, and how easily things can go wrong - but nothing went wrong at all! 

It was immersive, the story was brilliant, and TLD have absolutely nailed the set design.

Nice room, we did Titanic and this back to back, and it was great. This one had a little less signposting, and parts were a bit too dark. It was a great room though and a worthy room for my 49th!

Brilliant game. My 48th Escape room and enjoyable all the way through. Signposting was great and it was super immersive. Will be back to do their other rooms. Thank you Dylan for the brill hosting! There were loads of little details on the storyline that were really meaningful.

100% reccomend! 

This was the most immersive escape room I have ever done. Firstly, it's on a literal boat, so the immersion is there from the start... But it gets better!

 Everything is immensely clever and well thought-out, the puzzles never feel confusing or difficult.  It's a room with a lot of "eureka" moments, and everything completely makes sense. Not a puzzle nor a prop feels out of place. 

Fiza was an incredible games master, and was so friendly and funny that it really added to this experience.

This was my 46th room, and my partner has done about 10, and we both said it was our favourite ever.

Absolutely brilliant game. The set design was beautiful, the story was so fun, and there was loads to do!  The thought that went into every single puzzle was just brilliant. There's so much attention to detail, it's clearly made by people who love escape rooms and know how to make good ones. I can't describe how impressive the room was, it felt like I really had travelled back in time! Awe-inspiring.

The host made it even more magical by being so welcoming. Overall an absolutely fantastic experience.

Really enjoyed the tech in this room. At some points it was a little linear, but the room was mega immersive and impressive. I thought the puzzles were really original!


We did both utopia and dystopia on the same day and they flow well together, especially the storyline!

Absolutely beautiful room, very very cool. Plenty for a team of 4 to do, and didn't feel too difficult for a group of seasoned escapers.


Set design was beautiful, it was whimsical, and felt truly magical. An absolute must-do!

Lovely hosts, went above and beyond to make it a special experience for me on my birthday! Thank you so much :)

Another absolutely brilliant room from Beverley Breakout. The story was really cool and all of the puzzles were brilliantly themed to fit in with the room.

The 100 minutes flew by with the two of us only JUST able to make it. We did it on medium difficulty as there were only two of us, so plenty of room for searching fails by us...


As always, great room, great hosting, well worth the 4 hour round trip we took haha :)

Brill game, really enjoyed it! It was super thrilling to make our way through the game with all of the puzzles and it flowed really well. Parts were a tiny bit linear but generally I really enjoyed and got such a thrill out of the entire thing. The physicality of the room is one of the best things about it, and the way you get from room to room throughout the game is always really interesting

This was super super fun, the GM made it even better. It's pretty well decorated and the puzzles are satisfying. One puzzle in particular made me laugh more than any other escape room ever, so I hope everyone gives this room a go and gets to enjoy it as much as I did!

Not much to say except that I recommend this room to anyone who enjoys escape rooms going through Sheffield. It's fun and whimsical and requires a lot of teamwork!
