After years of planning and excavations the tomb of the nefarious Ramses has finally been unearthed. But this is no tomb full of traps; it is a peerless conundrum full of strange machinations.
If you could manage to extract the three ancient relics rumoured to rest here you would become part of history, but you are not the only ones on the trail…
Your foreheads are drenched and the air is taut with fear. There is not much time for you to act before the unscruplious treasure hunters cross the desert and bury you alive just to claim the glory for themselves.

Really fun room and our GM Anna was friendly and ran a great game for us. We enjoyed the "get as far as you can" concept so all teams feel they've accomplished something and thought the puzzles were interesting and enjoyable. Also managed to beat the record time!!
Disappointing ending. After blazing through all the puzzles and with the final hurdle in our eye-line (with roughly 25-30mins left), I feel bitter knowing that a poorly made puzzle meant that our game ended with 20+minutes on one last puzzle. We had solved 90% of what was required with the last answer showing as incorrect. We back tracked over and over again to no avail. The GM could not provide input but that’s not her fault (style of puzzle). When we finished she kindly brought in the cheat sheet to try to show us how it finished. However, she quickly realised that the puzzle was not working as it should so we left it at that as we had other rooms to do. We did have a lot of fun up until that point but feel bitter that our experience was overshadowed by a poorly made puzzle.

A really fun and immersive room, the puzzles were in theme and the set was great. Would have escaped sooner if it wasn’t for a frustrating final puzzle, definitely worth doing though. Host was fantastic.
A really fun game that was let down slightly by a couple of challenges near the end. Expect a big, meandering set, reasonable decoration, fun puzzles and plenty to keep you occupied for most of your hour.
This is a room that would be perfect for those new to escape rooms or seasoned escapers. The puzzles were fun, the room was solid, and the sense of exploration was spot on. With different ‘win’ levels, it works for everyone regardless of experience level.
Next up in our Cryptology-a-thon was Rameseize, which we want to give an award to for the best name for an Egyptian themed room! As you may expect, with this room you are tasked with ransacking Rameses’ tomb to ‘seize’ three ancient relics before your rival treasure hunters catch you up and bury you alive in the tomb to claim the treasure for themselves. As usual, no pressure then hey!
