One of the better Alice in Wonderland themed games that I've played, good use of space (if a bit tight at times) and some funny moments too. The last puzzle felt a bit weirdly placed within the game but I believe they already have plans to change this!
There are a lot of Alice in Wonderland rooms out there but I think this must be one of the most beautiful I've played.
Very similar to Smuggler's Secret in that the difficulty level can be lowered for families and I can imagine kids getting a major buzz out of this one. We did enjoy it hugely and were pleased to get through it without needing any hints. It is a linear game but it didn't seem to drag in a way as some linear games do as you did need more than one person to do the majority of the puzzles.
The hosting (for both this and Smuggler's which I realise I didn't comment upon) is top rate. Always love it when the Pier Pressure characters can do a bit of improv in their introductions to the bonkers things we can think of to say.
Accessibility - it is on the the ground floor but at least one person will need to be able to some sort of climbing in the room.
I was just gutted that the tea party wasn't edible...
Tea Party is whimsical and charming, and perfect for families. Or anyone really. With a lovely set, and some great puzzles, I think the only possible thing that could be considered a disappointment in Tea Party was that the cakes in the room weren’t real.
