What a disappointment! Playing this as a pre Christmas bit of fun but nearly gave up without finishing. The clues and answers didn't relate, with a simple graphics system and when we did give up and clicked through to the answers on some of the puzzles, the explanations didn't make sense either. Sad that I paid to lose 90 minutes with zero enjoyment. We are an experienced couple with 20+ in person escape rooms completed and 20+ virtual/online but this will be sitting at the bottom of our list.
Good value for money, and the platform was okay to play in. Out of all of Virtual Games offerings this room would be their weakest. I've never played a game (online or physical and im 90+) where you have to keep on inputting a code to access a door that has already been sovled, it is a time eater & frustrating. Once something is opened it should stay open. Also when scaling the intensity of the puzzles, you shouldn't be resorting to being illogical and extremely vague - be more creative and add more layers, referencing, add another medium.
Overall, Virtual Escaping is great value for money for a frosty adventure during this virtual time we are all currently in. The game has it flaws and challenges but this put to one side, for something brand new in this unique format has done amazingly well.
