Played this at home with my husband. I think we spent more time on set up than playing the game. Good idea to set up as an escape room in your house but not very difficult at all. Most puzzles were simple to work out. A little bit of fun at home though.

The good thing about this was that the puzzles are multi linear so it do support more players.

The puzzles where really basic, with the hardest one being the one where you just have to follow instructions. but all of them where logical at least.

Some of the components where not used and didn't have any purpose other than complicate instructions of the game.

I have a suspicion that The Bank Job will rapidly end up being referred to in enthusiast circles as The Blue Bag, with Trapped's other games being The Yellow Bag and The Green Bag respectively; their official game names are so squarely in the escaping mainstream that they're a lot less distinctive than the packaging.

That packaging is a bag made of stiff card, containing a wad of game components mostly in the form of cards and posters. The intention is that you set up the game around your livin...

Christmas? Family holiday? Friends over? This could be what you’re looking for if you want a night of play at home escape room fun. Trapped takes the escape room out of the box and firmly plants it in your home. Experienced puzzlers won’t struggle with this game but there may be a few puzzles that have you scratching your heads for a few minutes

This was the first tabletop game where we felt like it did not bind us to the table. We're very active throughout the game with searching and putting together clues. I even broke a little sweat during the pressure sensor part. It was a lot of fun to be able to set up an escape room at your own home these days since we haven't been able to travel to play at physical locations.  We can't wait to be out and about again soon but for now, keep these games coming!
