We were one of the first groups to play this room, and at the time no-one had beaten it - we didn't either, though we missed it only by a matter of seconds. It was difficult mainly because of the sheer quantity of puzzles to get through, which arguably is value for money. I've heard from the operators that they've subsequently made adjustments, so I suspect it's now not quite as tough.
