We have just played the 12+ version and it was excellent. Superb hosting by Ava and the experience was excellent. Really good jump scares and they have balanced the horror really well with this new version. We did this as a family of 3 with our older daughter (15 years old) and after the first few minutes really settled into the game. Really brilliant experience and would highly recommend!

Escape Room was class, topped the list of escape rooms we have done, so well done and thought through. Everything linked and worked perfectly. Don’t want to spoil anything but definitely a must do.
Ava was such a good host and made the experience a great memory
Ava was fantastic! The live actor was horrifying! Our team had to go for a cheeky drink to calm our nerves. Super scary, the challenges were though but clues were fast to be given. Will visit again soon!

Let me start by saying that as someone who is very susceptible to jump scares, I am not a fan of horror rooms with actors. However... I cannot deny that this room was fantastic. Was I on edge the entire time? Absolutely. Did I scream a little too much and ram my teammates out of the way multiple times? Absolutely. But that's the nature of the game. The atmosphere and theming in here was perfect and our host played their part beautifully. The interactions were timed very well and didnt feel invasive or annoying which is a problem we've had before. The puzzles were beautifully woven into the story and theming, and nothing felt out of place or unnecessary. There were also some unique puzzles that we hadnt done before which was refreshing. Don't let fear hold you back, give this room a go and im sure you will look back and laugh!
Of the UK’s scary games, Séance is one of the most highly rated by enthusiasts, so we were always going to include it on any visit to the area; it was pure coincidence that we found ourselves there on Halloween. The premise is classic supernatural horror, with a sickly girl and a deal with demonic powers that goes wrong.

I can see why people find Seance to be a scary experience. With a live-actor running around you, it certainly keeps you on edge. I’m not sure if it deserves the tag as being one of the scariest escape rooms in the UK, but I guess that’s all relative
