We did the 60minute version of this room.

Break Escape rooms are always good, and this one was no exception. There are a LOT of puzzles here, and I loved that you could do as many as you liked without losing time on the main objective. This is definitely a room for 4 or more people. The level of clue-ing was very helpful, and I liked that our host Oleg afterwards showed us the two remaining puzzles we didn't get during the time. The way of "collecting" our swag was very helpful too, much easier than carrying loads of stuff around. Would highly recommend.

This room had apparently only gone in in the last few days so I hope it improves in the future. The decoration was a bit, 'rough and ready', but sometimes that can be excused if there are good puzzles to make up for it. Spoiler: the puzzles did not make up for it.

There were very few puzzles at all, and if you've done any rooms before then don't go in expecting to work hard. If you've never done a room before this might be good as a beginner room. The clue-ing was also not great; we had 2 clues on a puzzle we didn't actually end up solving and the second clue was just giving us 2 of the 4 digits. And we didn't even realise we'd finished at first as the computer program just looped back to the start. 

On the plus side, it was VERY well signposted, and was not a high energy one as it was all in one room. 

In fairness when we arrived and said we'd both done more than 40 each, the person at reception said this would be easy, so it's possibly catering more to first-timers anyway.

This is the second room I've done at this venue, and once again loved it. The room design is so immersive, and we really had to work hard and properly work as a team to solve it. There was something for all of us to do, and our host Tyler was very good with clueing us just when we were most confusing ourselves. The climbing was a very fun aspect to it as well - it's nice to have a physical puzzle to do alongside the brain stuff. Highly recommend.

I've marked this as quite difficult as I would have struggled with less people, but I absolutely loved this room. It's the first one I've done here, and the attention to detail is so high, the rooms are well thought-through and there are so many puzzles to go through, covering pretty much all playing styles. The hosting was also excellent - our host Vee was laughing along with us and definitely made the room even better. I did Nottah Temple later that day and the quality was also similarly high. Not beginner rooms, but highly recommend them to experienced teams.

This was one of my favourite ever escape rooms. The puzzles were all different, and there were some new styles of puzzle I've not come across before. The hosting was helpful but not pushy; it helps that you can accept or decline clues if given unprompted, but if you're on the right track and ask for a clue they will tell you that. I would love to come back and do more of their rooms.

If you like a game where you can do multiple things at once, this is for you. The theming for each part of this room was very immersive, the clues were well signposted so it was not difficult to work out what to start on next. We did have a couple of clues but they were only to make sure we didn't go down a rabbit hole. Would recommend not less than 3.

This was a very well thought-out game, the room design was very immersive and very atmospheric. There was a good mix of puzzles and the clueing was very helpful - not too much but just enough to push us in the right direction. 

We did get visited by a 'live actor' at  2 points in the game, however they don't come near you and don't interact any further than being generally noisy, as well as closing a door. I prefer no live actors so I was definitely creeped out, however the braver ones  of our group were perfectly happy.

As an experienced team of 3, I think this room worked well for us. It begins with a split start, but we were soon back together, and although it was mostly linear, there were plenty of puzzles you could have a look around for to split up. A few puzzles here I was particularly proud of being the one to spot! Clueing was very good - not more than we needed but only given when asked. One of my teammates has enjoyed the other rooms here so I think we will definitely be back again to try the others. 

LOVED this room. High quality, well designed and a good mix of active and thinking parts to it. And enjoyed that there was a collection task alongside escaping.

This would be a great room for a novice or low-experienced group. We did it as the first of 2 during the day as an experienced team and it was a lovely warm up. The box is well designed and really clever. We didn't use any clues but I liked the way that room did them. 

There is a lot of climbing involved in this room, and none of it is skippable! I am very glad we did it as a 2 - I think any more than that we would have struggled to get involved in all the puzzles. We had a bit of a slow start but the gamesmaster gave a good level of clues for us, and once we got through part 1 we moved through the rest quite quickly. 

This was a lovely little room and a good level of difficulty - not too tricky but also not stupidly easy. We never got stuck on what puzzle to work on next which we tend to do on others, and the gamesmaster had a helpful level of clue-giving for us. The little surprise at the end was really cool too.

My first escape room - and a really nice one to start off with. Lovely theme, plenty for all of us to find and have a go at, and a great clue system. 

I love a sherlock holmes theme, and on the way back from a weekend of escape rooms, this was a great little one to finish with.

I'm surprised at some of the other reviews here, as we loved this game. The twist made it truly immersive, and though we managed it quite quickly (the gamemaster said he barely got time to sit down!) I wished there was second part to it. I can see how it wouldn't be a good summer one, but during the colder months, I'd highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed this room, and with a minute more we would have escaped! We did get scuppered by the fact that they can't see or hear you in one part of the room, so we were shouting for a clue for a good minute before one of us wandered into another part of the room to shout from there instead. 

Far and away my favourite escape room I've ever done. Every part of it was incredibly detailed, and the puzzles were tricky enough that when you solve them there is a deep sense of satisfaction that you understood it correctly. And the dragon! He's so cute, and very sassy too. As soon as their next two rooms are ready, we will be back!

This 'room' was developed by One Way Out Escape Rooms at Oakham. We did this room when it was being tested before going to its final location. We were boxed in so we had the same amount of space as the final location would have. I really enjoyed this room - the story of all the family really came alive, and the final twist is a beautiful way to end it. Tight for any more than 3 players, but worth going if you're in the area.

This is not hard, but it does make you think. It's not a large room so I think a team of 2 was the right size, although a third person might have been good just as an extra thinker. We needed quite a few clues near the end, as (as afterwards our gamesmaster told us), we were overthinking it and nearly didn't escape. I loved the theme and the decor, and was a great warm-up to this company's way of thinking as we also did Return to Wonderland with 2 newbies.

Great for newbies! We did this as 2 experienced, 2 first-timers, and everyone enjoyed themselves. They were also really great with the one member of our team who couldn't do the crawling bit. Great hosting, just the right number of clues. 

I think 4 was the right size team for this game - although it's non-linear, there's only so much you can do at once as you kind of need to know what everyone else has done in order to get the final escape. You really need to trust your gut - if you think it might be something, have a go! This room really made us think; there are so many puzzles and codes that everyone should get at least one thing.
