Bewilder Box: Portaclue – The T.U.R.D.I.S

A very good fun little game in a (brand new, unflushed) portaloo. It took us about 8 minutes to finish but the price is scaled down massively, of course, because there is only so much you can fit in a portaloo (note, it is a disabled access one, so not quite as tiny as we expected).

Silly, good jokes, worth doing if it pops up near you.

When I found out there was an escape room at Glastonbury I knew I had to try it out!
This is a fantastic 10-minute game that literally takes place inside a porta loo.

While of course space is limited I was impressed by just how much they could fit in. Special mention goes to the props which really did feel like they belonged in a toilet.

What made this experience was the two fantastic hosts. Both remained in character every time we walked past during the festival. Before our game we got to have a lovely discussion with a character which acted as a briefing in disguise. This chat essentially doubled our overall experience time and was a very clever way to personalise the experience a little more.

And unbelievably, the entire experience was FREE! If you spot a mysterious portable toilet, you may want to investigate in hopes you find this excellent game!
