Escape Room By Midgaard Event: Da Vinci

Da Vinci has hidden the grail, but since a secret society has come for it, you have to find the key, so it can be moved. 

While the plot was a bit over-elaborate with both Da Vinci, Einstein, monks, secret societies, soldiers and a grail story, the game itself had a great flow to it. Lock based with a few tech secrets. We like lock-based games. The host was in character, but thankfully not more than we could pay and find a toilet before playing. This has been one of the more expensive games we have played in Denmark (1090 DKK), but Copenhagen is also more expensive than other parts of the country. We were happy that they had a two player game without a lot of crawling, running, climbing and jumping. Not wheelchair friendly though. 

We really liked the puzzles and they were very fair. Did miss a bit of a wauw-moment, but that is probably just because we are experienced players. New players would probably be in awe of some of the secrets revealed.
