Each puzzle set started off with an introduction story. Each time when we solved a puzzle, it felt like we've unlocked a door to go onto the next section. This definitely gave us an escape room vibe. It would've been great if the game had a recommended music playlist to go along with the creep catacomb atmosphere. If you like multi-step puzzles with pattern recognition, deduction, math etc., you'll need to pay a visit to "The Crypt".
The Crypt is a fun little game that takes the traditional format of ‘rooms’. You find yourself locked in a mysterious crypt and as the door slams shut behind you, you must head further and further into the musty bowels of this long forgotten tomb to find a way out.
When all was said and done and my frustration had died down, this was a very good game and certainly one for puzzle lovers and enthusiasts. Gather your fellow explorers, grab your torches and take a trip which you will struggle to forget, into the darkness of The Crypt
