The puzzles are not easy, but fortunately there's a very well-laid out online progressive hint system that will guide you from knowing whether you've even discovered all the components required to solve a puzzle (which is not always obvious!), right the way through to giving a worked explanation of the answer. So, even if your puzzle-fu fails you, you can still enjoy being guided through the immersive experience. Top stuff.
