This is such a fun room. To begin with you are in a very tight space and I can imagine it must feel quite claustrophobic for larger groups at this point, but it soon opens out into quite a large area and the puzzles are fairly non-linear. The theming is eclectic and the storyline bonkers. There’s so much detail to investigate and everything is perfectly designed and constructed, with no red herrings. The puzzles are innovative, logical and varied, the pacing good, and the final conclusion was exciting and satisfying. I’ve only knocked off half a star because it slightly lacked that sense of exploration and surprise that can be found with multiple-chamber rooms.
The good: fun mixture of puzzles including several original elements (at least original to me).
The meh: I don't want a torch, just decent lighting, especially in a game which involves scanning items with a tablet.
It's kinda anti-linear in places, where clues gained can't be used until later.

Cluequest's previous two rooms were fun and challenging, and with this one they've pushed the bar higher. One puzzle in particular is unusually high-tech - which is risky for an escape room, but it worked exactly as intended and appeared to be rock solid.
It's a room brimming with puzzles, where there's masses to do but which all comes together for the finish. It's not an easy room and I'd recommend doing it after the other Cluequest rooms, but it's one worth waiting for.
