We were apprehensive at the start as it was the first time we had done an escape room just the two of us and difficulty rating was hgih. But the game master offered us option of either cutting out some of the clues or giving us unlimited clues. We were so grateful as we really wanted to do the whole room.
Great room. Puzzles well designed but there were possibly one or two things that confused us and took up bit of time. The game master was great and he took the time to go through the room after and was so positive about our efforts. We ended up booking for another room the next day so thank you!
Very fun and engaging room. Our GM Fraser was excellent and had a few laughs at our expense. The start of the game is hilarious if you can "escape" before carrying on. Puzzles are good and follow along with the story.
Really fun escape room and adaptable dependant of group size and experience. As there were only 2 of us we opted to do the shorter version of the room but after the came our games master (mark?) showed us the extra room. Your also handcuffed at the start of this game and the theming is very fun
Ailsa really helped us with our first escape room and was an amazing host. We really enjoyed it and we felt it was very immersive. The puzzles were difficult but there were enough clues around that we were able to solve them without much struggle.
Our host Ailsa was super welcoming, funny and helpful! We all had a fantastic time at our first escape room, the whole experience was truly exciting and the puzzles were enjoyable to complete! Will definitely be back!:)
Ailsa our host was amazing at talking us through our first escape room, and the escape room itself was very immersive, creative and engaging! The puzzles were challenging and it required a team effort to get through, but the story moved along at a good pace. I shoved my hand in a vat of dead maggots!
ailsa was an amazing host !! very welcoming and funny, gave us the perfect hint when we needed one:) was our first room as well so they talked us through it really well, defo will be coming back !!!
Quite an experience. I think 3-4 people is pretty ideal for this room. Some original puzzles. A few felt a little unintuitive but we still got through with time to spare. Definitely gets points for some of the props.
A creepy, but not scary, experience that delivers great puzzles and plenty of surprises. It starts off reasonably innocuously but won me over with solid puzzles and a few clever touches that really help to deliver a great experience.
It's good to see that games north of the border hold up to the standard we've played in England. The room brought some niggling frustrations but on the whole still brought a solid escape rooms with a large number of puzzles. Don't attempt it as a 2 unless you are pretty experienced.
