Escape Hunt Woking: Aladdin & The Magic Vault

We did this as a family, 2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 &10 and booked purposely knowing it may be on the easier side so they could lead. The room was great to do with them because it's linear and all the elements were generally logical things they could work out with minimal help. 

It's a pretty room with several puzzle options and no padlocks. 

The hosts were very pleasant but it appeared that some elements required them to hear or watch you to trigger the next step, and at times we had to repeat things they hadnt picked up the first time, which was a bit frustrating. 

Overall a really nice family friendly or beginner room but seasoned room escape players may be disappointed.

Theming is great. The puzzles however were very much unclear and some were broken. We kept having to ask for help as even when we had solved some puzzles they weren't working and the host had to override them. 

Quite a fun game. Nice set design but again, some broken bits. 

Didn’t quite understand a few bits. It also felt abit claustrophobic, as the games made up of a few really small rooms, which I think would have been an issue for a bigger group than ours 

Worst room I’ve ever played no logic behind the puzzles rude staff members not watching the game properly wish I could leave less than one star  

Host was too quick to give help (was giving clues before we even looked at a puzzle). The room is good visually though. 

Played this game whilst in Bournemouth with my Sister and her children. They loved it as they had never played a room before. However, the puzzles didn't make a lot of sense, the tech was broken/props damaged. The space felt cramped with the five of us. Felt way too commercial. I wouldn't recommend.
