When we say we LOVED this room, I mean we LOVED it.

We struggled our way through most of it, but overall it was a clever and stunning game!

I think my tags say it all. Sorry, but this game was just meh…

tolles hostingunoriginellgefährlich

Game was ok to be fair. Wasn’t mind blowing, and was pretty easy for the most part.

I’ve flagged it as dangerous for the fact the exit door is physically locked. Granted theirs a “smash glass” box (like a fire alarm) which has a physical key in if needed but in a panic, I imagine it’s something easy to miss.

Some of it just didn’t make sense at all. For anyone who’s played, what those cubicles where about I’ll never know.

We were told the game had a live actor, pretty disappointed in the lack of live actor. I won’t spoil it but there’s a brief moment, which was underwhelming.

I think we might have enjoyed this-ish had there not been some obvious broken tech. Wasn’t a fan, I have to admit.

Firstly, really enjoyed some of the set design.

Puzzle wise, some of it was a stretch to find the logic, I’ll just say- Saw Blade.

Some nice elements to the game and some pretty fun parts too.

The clue system seemed pre-recorded so this wasn’t all to helpful when asking for specific info.

Not my favourite game but was half decent.

This game is an absolute disgrace. They’re far too rough, which is a major safety concern.

Also, they clue via radio, as and when they decide too. I think the staff run multiple games at the same time here so you just feel ignored when asking for help.

Stood in the bar area feeling ignored by the staff.

Some obviously broken puzzles.

Genuinely, avoid this game

We played as a 5 as we were worried as our usual team of 3, if one of us got caught the game would end. So we roped a few friends along.

We played their Exorcist game previous to this which we loved so had to come try this one.

We knew it would be scary but didn’t realise it would be THIS scary!

Snatched had a nice blend of padlocks and tech-puzzles, which we enjoyed. I don’t usually like playing as a bigger group as it can feel like you’re missing out, but the game was mostly non-linear and its intensity meant we just wanted to solve the puzzles and get out as quick as we could.

I personally don’t scare that easy, I’m jumpy, but when I say I was scared, I mean, I was genuinely scared.

It was like a game of hide and seek, and there’s a cue for when to hide from the killer. We started out with a plan of where each of us would hide but then every time the killer was on his way, it just turned to every man for themselves as we where all terrified of being caught!

Thankfully we all made it through without capture, and never been more grateful.

Honestly, the funniest, most stressful and terrifying hour of my life.

If I’m super critical, I’d say maybe abit more of a disclaimer on the graphic nature of some of the props, they were really realistic and let’s say, have anatomy on full display.

We talked about this game for days after playing it. So so clever!

This game was genuinely incredible.

We laughed, screamed and jumped our way through it.

It was a linear game but was done so well. Every puzzle added something to the story. We were stumped at first with their not being a single padlock in the room, which felt alien to us, but it was just din so brilliantly.

No spoilers, but some of the effects in this game are fantastic and unexpected. Our games master was fantastic, helpful and really added to the whole story.

It’s expensive compared to others, yet it still feels like value for money because of the quality of the whole experience.

Some of the puzzle had you thinking outside the box, but made total sense after you figure it out.

The scare photos were a nice touch too, and a hilarious keepsake, haven’t seen this done before which was well worth the money.

This was a genuinely clever game and we can’t wait to come back.

This was a fun game. I liked the hide and seek element, though this was spoiled at one point when the actor came in, and I was clearly for the taken, yet he just backed off. I’m not sure what I wanted him to do, but it took the whole “risk” element away for me.

Some decent jumpscares and tension building. It was a massive space, which is good for bigger groups but felt wasted on a team of 2.

Wasn’t the best set design I’ve seen but it worked. There’s a part where you play with water in a sink, and they do give you rubber gloves for it, but they were drenched inside so pointless really. Safe to say I left with pink fingers from the dye in the water 😂

Quite a fun game. Nice set design but again, some broken bits.

Didn’t quite understand a few bits. It also felt abit claustrophobic, as the games made up of a few really small rooms, which I think would have been an issue for a bigger group than ours

Set design was nice, though some bits had seen better days and were broken.

Really nice concept, with some fun parts. Host was lovely.

This game was very… meh.

It was sold to us as being scary so we were really looking forward to it. It’s not scary at all.

Some puzzles just made no sense at all. Also, one of the locks didn’t work, to the point where the girl literally put the code on the screen. We said “yeah, that’s what we’re doing” and eventually she came into the game… turns out, the lock was either broken or the code had been changed accidentally by previous team.

Really didn’t enjoy this at all.

First off, our cowboy games master was hilarious and in full character.

The game itself was actually fun. There were a couple of bits of wear and tear, but nothing to complain about.

The themeing is nice, though the coal and gold had seen better days.

We managed to get out with all the gold. Definitely a must for family’s with younger players as there’s lots of fun parts (including a cheeky acting challenge) which was hilarious.

Really enjoyed this game.

Sadly, this room has seen better days. Usually Escapehunt games are great fun, but this game was just really bad. Everything was broken and the staff knew it, you could tell they didn’t enjoy hosting this game.

I can’t fault the staff. They were lovely and I felt bad for them.

It would probably have been an enjoyable game if it wasn’t so broken.

Had this game recommended to us by a friend. Safe to say, I don’t take their recommendations anymore.

This game was just dreadful. Everything about it, the clue radios didn’t work (or we were being ignored).

The torch needed batteries.

There was a TV in the room which did nothing, and had a really dodgy, dangerous plug socket. It was that bad, it actually felt like it was part of the game, to the point I had to ask over the radio if I needed to use it as part of the game. Common sense says don’t touch wires, but I can see why somebody might.

The only scary thing was being locked in a wardrobe at the start, with a physical lock, thinking “if there’s a fire, I hope there’s an emergency way out of this cabinet”.

Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere where

This was incredible!

Firstly, the set was the best I’ve been in, for those who’ve played, you’ll know what I mean.

The puzzles were actually brilliant, difficult but made sense (just what you want).

I like the element of doing “extra” puzzles too once you achieve the games goal, and we only managed a few extra puzzles to collect the sacred stones, before we had to make our escape.

Staff were great, and we just couldn’t fault it. If I’m really picky, the clue system “Iris” was abit delayed in the responses but that’s being super critical.

Honestly, THE worst game I’ve ever played.

Firstly, it was FREEZING cold in there, they had an electric heater in the room plugged in, which had exposed wires and was faulty. This was an accident waiting to happen.

So much stuff was broken including the tv screens.

The clue system (via a tablet) was the stupidest I’ve came across, which gives you limited clues and times you out.

The electric coded locks just didn’t work despite the right code, which also time out after each attempt.

Overall, it was just dreadful.

We played this after a bit so great time in their Dr Who Game.

Honestly, this was the saving grace of the day. It was actually a really fun game, it was mostly pretty easy, though a couple of bits where abit of a jump in logic, and for those who have played this will know… if you’re tone deaf (which my team where) you’ll waste LOADS of time on that damn piano (though it was hilarious how bad we where at this).

It’s themed really nicely, and was enjoyable. Great for beginners.

Firstly, I’m not a Dr Who fan, but I LOVED the theatrics of this game. That was all I could really love about it. There wasn’t some nice moments, but ALOT of puzzles just didn’t work. This caused a lot of wasted time for us and ended up in us failing.

I guess with games this hi-tech, things can go wrong more often, and in our case, it clearly did.

I don’t usually complain, but on this occasion I did. They offered us a free game as way of apology which we accepted (we played their pirate game with this on same day).

I think, if everything worked, I’d have probably really enjoyed this “game”. It’s still an escaperoom, but more of an immersive set-piece style experience. In full working order, this is an absolute MUST for families with younger players as it is really exciting theatrically.

Firstly, I actually really liked the set design in this game. World war games can feel Drabby. Whilst minimalistic, it was actually quite nice. Not in a blow your mind way, but in a “this is nice” kinda way.

We found this game super easy to be honest, maybe in a smaller group we would have got abit more out of it. A couple of bits didn’t work in the game, which spoiled it really. There’s a cables puzzle, and it was clear some of these where not working, and you could tell our games master had to manually override it. The morse code was also frustrating as it just wasn’t reading our inputs. The games master did suggest these where new issues after our game, but I think they where just trying to smooth things over.

There wasn’t a ton of puzzles, but it was fun. Maybe this is a good game for beginners or younger families.

Really loved this game from the moment we walked in. It was incredibly immersive and the set design was stunning. We wasn’t planning an escaperoom, we where shopping in resorts world and stumbled on Escapehunt so thought we would give it a try.

Our games master was great, and really got into the character of the Cheshire Cat over their clue system.

Puzzles were really fun and well signposted.  Not too tricky, and some were pretty unique too. If I’m super critical, it’s seems they had a tech issue with their rose puzzle, which slightly broke the immersion. Overall really fun and recommend for family’s.

Played the butcher as a 2.

Honestly, we really enjoyed it. Some great jumpscares, and tricky puzzles, and we did need a fair bit of help.

My only real negative is the customer journey felt abit clunky, with having to leave the main venue to go over the road… I guess in some ways it adds to the experience, but I’d rather have been seated & greeted over there.

Hands down one of the scariest games I’ve done to date, all in all enjoyed it.
