Needed our full team for this one. Very nice room and theming. Some excellent puzzles and really felt like we were down in a mine. Would have preferred the usual screen and countdown/clue system. But the clue system still works fine. Good games master. Worth a visit.

An awesome transportive experience. We genuinely felt like we were down in a mine! The hosting was excellent, immersive from the get go. My partner absolutely loved it and we were very happy with our score! True top 5 material, could not recommend enough!!!

Played as a group of 4 and it definitely kept us busy for the entire game! A really immersive set and lots of unique puzzle elements. I hadn't played a mine themed game before and this has set the bar very high. I always enjoy when a game has secondary tasks which Foole's Gold implemented well.

Any visit to Clockwork Escapes is likely to leave you talking about the host. Becostumed and behatted, with an instant dry wit that could put Richard O’Brien to shame, with the presence and elocution of a circus ringmaster, he sets the tone of the venue and never fails to be memorable. I don’t actually know whether the company sometimes has other hosts; it seems likely that they do, but I struggle to imagine their rooms being run by someone else, or another person managing to bring an similar ex...

If you’re looking for a very search heavy game, then this is the game for you. The set was good, and the puzzles were on theme. A few too many clues soured the experience for us a little though.

a brilliant game for enthusiasts, meaty puzzles with that bonus collection element which is sure to please the most hardened teams
