Overall, a really solid room.
Dan, our host, was very enthusiastic and gave a good intro to the room and really balanced leaving us to work through any roadblocks with giving well-timed hints when needed.
The room had a good variety of puzzles with lots of interesting tech to make the combination lock-based puzzles a bit more varied.
Without spoiling anything, there was one instance of parts of a puzzle being replaced due to wear and tear did lead us down a bit of a rabbit hole towards the wrong approach, but a well-timed clue stopped us from going too far down it (although it did still take away some of the satisfaction).
Would definitely recommend this room. We did it as a team of 2 and got through it with a few minutes to spare, but 3-4 is probably the sweet spot.
Another fantastic high tech room. Lots of unique and interesting puzzles and some things I haven't seen before. Thoroughly enjoyable
This is my favourite room at cluequest on this occasion we had a great host (not all are as in character).
I think the walkie talkies can be hard to hear. You do get very into it.

Cluequest is a slick high-capacity operation set up well for the corporate market. But they have a fun tongue-in-cheek style, and they're a good beginner-friendly option.
I enjoyed PLAN52 a great deal. This may be because I played it on a much earlier occasion than Sam, when I'd only done a handful of escape rooms; it's possible it's less impressive to enthusiasts than to beginners. But I like the slightly cartoonish aesthetic and I found all Cluequest's rooms challenging and fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game, and even if you’ve played it before I’d recommend popping back to see the enhanced version. You won’t be disappointed! The staff at clueQuest are all incredible and will ensure you are completely immersed in your surroundings as well as providing some laughs along the way.
Plan52 has been revamped, so this review (Sept 21) is for the most recent version of the game.
