Amazing looking room with lots of details 

Was differently on the harder side of things with maybe couple things not making much sense but still a good room with loads to do 

Host Lauren was amazing and helpful 

Amazing looking room highly detailed and all the padlocks and stuff in there being as period correct as possible making it’s very immersive 

Great unique puzzles,everyone being different from the last

The atmosphere and design was amazing,it looks incredible loads of details and references to the alien movies 

So much hi tech stuff tons of it and everything worked as it should  

Super fun though out nothing to hard tho but there still loads to do and watch

Not normally a fan of these style of rooms but got to say I really enjoyed playing this one the puzzles was all fun and logical with a good pace 

Lot of communication between cells which was diagonal from each other so you have not just what in your cell but what you can see outside 

Great enjoyable game that don’t have any thrills or high tech stuff but it don’t matter 

Unique story and play to this game that is a great idea with the live actors roll playing a massive part in many ways which was fantastic but I think the general puzzles though out this room was lacking and let it down a far bit 

The ending to this whole game was outstanding 

It’s has potential to be an all round fantastic game if puzzles was updated abit especially in the second room which was the place I believe needs attention

Good fun game for family’s and groups with some physical puzzles very 80s nostalgic board games vibe 

Nothing crazy here design or tech wise but still an good game to play with some enjoyable parts

It’s an interesting experience I would not really call it an escape room as such there are a couple of puzzle maybe 5 which are not massively different it’s just becomes very difficult due to it being super dark and loud in there and also being restricted by movement as well 

I would not recommend for groups of 2 I think more would make it a better 

Rooms themselves look amazing super detailed and loads of hi-tech machinery and parts

I personally think this could be outstanding but needs some tweaking as just did not flow very well it’s has very good potential! I just walk out there thinking what just happened 

Great back story and the first room/main room is big and stunning with lots of details 

This game has some good puzzles but some I did not get on with and kinda killed the flow abit and one I though was kinda illogical in a way 

Still partially a fun room I just did not really get on with parts 

I think this is still a room worth trying has a great atmosphere and couple hi tech jump scares

I really enjoyed playing this game from start to finish! The way it started was amazing and was unique and throw me right off guard 

Great puzzles though out which all worked well together with a nice mix

Great horror room some tricky puzzles but most I would say are medium difficulty

Very fun and enjoyable game that is designed well, more on the high tech side of things with zero padlocks which was cool and unique to find

This is a good game but definitely on the harder side of things with some, mainly one that I had not come across before which we wasted to much time on, there is a lot to do with more rooms than most escape rooms with us being just 2 team it was a lot of moving back and forth 

Puzzles are fun to do 

Shay was a great host really nice and explained to us a couple of things after, we did escape because she was nice enough to give us a little extra time which we only needed an extra 6 mins but that was nice of her to do 

Very nostalgic type of game from the blockbuster store itself to all the movies and albums around, plus all the classics songs playing throughout your game play 

Very well designed it looks amazing if your from that time period you will love playing this game for sure 

Some fun puzzles to do nothing different puzzle wise with nothing hi tech in the room

Enjoyable game

Awesome fun game with tons to do, there is a hell of a lot of puzzles in this game and you can solve them in any order which is good,All super enjoyable as soon as you solve one you cant wait to move on to the next. Nothing hi-tech here but it don’t matter it’s a great game 

Host Adam is outstanding super friendly we had a chat before and after the game which for me I really enjoy

Great overall room with some different and unique puzzle which was great 

Rooms looked really good 

(Tons of padlocks) nearly everything was padlock basic which I did not mind as there are symbols by each padlock so you know which number goes to the right lock 

Very fun and enjoyable game 

Good fun game nothing crazy here apart from in the second room with launching the missiles and the news updates on the tv great touch 

First room looked good which was the barber room where you start second room was little plain looking as in the decorations/look of the room itself 

Overall a fun game 

If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would just a terrible experience thought out with broken tech and a terrible useless host ! 

The room is also not that nice and extremely small the whole game in one small room 

The worst escape room I have done 

I recommend to stay clear of this one and in all fairness stay clear of escape hunt Basingstoke all together  

Again another poor hosting experience from escape hunt Basingstoke 

First room was not to bad to look at but when you went though in to the house it was very plain with no details with puzzles that was very boring and did not make much sense with some broken tech also

Great friendly host 

The room itself when you first walk in looks incredible and abit overwhelming 

With a great idea build in with the black hole idea when you complete a puzzle or game something will appear in the black hole for you to grab and use 

As for the puzzles themself throughout I did not really find them that interesting or fun to do which was a shame apart from one which I will not say what it is lol 

I would recommend trying this out it’s a good family escape room I would say 

Good host very friendly 

This could have been a good escape room though out but think unfortunately they was having a day which was causing them problems  

You start off with a handheld machine with a screen on it that can give you clues and tips but this was connected to wi-fi which keep getting disconnected and we had to kept telling the host which then the host would have to enter the room to remove to device to reconnect it which in turn ruined the atmosphere a bit  

Also we did have some problem in the second room couple things not working and it just skipped them altogether it was a shame as the first and last rooms had no problems and was great especially the last room with a fantastic ending 

Rooms look good with some good puzzles though out 

I would recommend trying this room I just think we just got unlucky on the day unfortunately 

This is an escape room not to miss ! 

It’s a full experience with fantastic friendly hosts 

From the start you really are immersed in to the story/plot 

The details though out the whole escape room are amazing with lots of hi tech though out keeping the immersion at a all time high from everything to great sounds and lighting, to hi tech props 

You are fully engaged the whole way though

The games/puzzles though out are good some are kinda difficult but you have a creepy helpful nun to help you out lol 

It’s a very unique escape room with a theatre based show though out making it stand out from others 

100% recommend and will be back to do some of there other escape room in the future 

Just remember don’t enter a red room the demon might be lurking

Are host Charlotte was amazing and outstanding though out 

This escape room was so fun to play rather than escaping you have to find as many of the dinosaur embryos within 60mins 

With some interesting and different puzzles it was just fun though out

Would be great for family’s

I will start by saying this is my favourite all round escape room I have done along with the follow on escape room called the basement 

The host Bradley was great starting you off getting you immersed in to the story of what has happened and what you could be expecting from this serial killers cabin 

Theming and details on point it looks outstanding 

Amazing puzzles though out which are all fun and relatable and all quite different from each other 

Loads of twist and turns along the way with some outstanding elements and surprises 

Very immersive and a great story behind it as soon as it finished I said if the follow up escape room (the basement) is free now then get me in there and take my money !! 

Spoiler alert it was and that was also outstanding 

Highly recommended! But book both at same time trust me you will not be disappointed lol 

Loved this game just as much as its prequel the cabin don’t no which one I like more both are outstanding and are my favourite all round escape rooms 

As the same as the cabin the basement gets a great balance of games while being fully immersed in your surroundings and the dilemma you are put in 

Starting off are amazing host Charlotte gave us the back story and handed us a bag to place over are heads to blind fold us and led us to the starting point lol 

What can I say again lots of amazing twists and turns though out the whole experience keeping you on your toes 

100% recommend but please do the cabin first you will not regret it 

Charlotte and Bradley are outstanding hosts and make a great experience an outstanding one 

I am so glad there is a chapter 3 coming I cannot wait to play that !!  

Good little game nothing that outstanding based on stranger things and the upside down 

Room was on the much smaller side tho

Good game with some fun puzzles with a little twist though out you have to escape but also with each party having an antidote 

Plus you can only get clues if you sacrifice an antidote so makes sure you don’t use to many lol 

Starting off cuffed and blind folded was interesting very saw style game 

Theming was not the best but still good and worth a play

Good scary atmosphere though out in this game with some nice placed jump scares 

Your allways on your toes thinking someone is in the room with you lol

Starting off in a shrinking machine and heading in to brain of the author 

Some very good puzzles in the first room related to the brains senses 

Than moving in to a more tradition wacky Alice in wonderland themed room

This was are very first escape room so did not know what to expect but we loved it and could not have asked for a better experience 

From the great hosts to how fun it was to play though lots to do with a nice selection of puzzles and games with a great ending 

Also it was a beautiful room

Great story to this game also with it looking stunning with great details and clever tech 

In parts it was very different and maybe a bit much for 2 players which are not pros 

Your objective is to send the two girl spirits that was murder in the room over to the other side but also finding out who killed them and how 

This leaves you with a lot of objects that is not really needed to progress forward which we got some what confused with which lead us to waste time on and not escaping 

Apart from that this is a great game just bare that in mind 

Great intro to this game with a good story the room it’s self is very detailed and looks stunning 

Is kinda difficult in areas 

We did have one tech thing that was broken which kinda skipped the last puzzle section which was a shame 

Overall it was a great game 

The owner of this palace was a great guy and funny 

This was a good little game where your split at the start in to two cells at the start where you have to work together 

Fun game and had some good elements but very short and quite easy 

This game was less than a couple of weeks old when we played it so maybe it was having a couple of teething problems 

We had a padlock that would not open meaning the host had to come in to the room taking away from abit of the immersion 

Then after that we had one of the wands stop working and was told to just your are phone light on one of the puzzles not ideal 

There was some cleaver tech in the room with some ok puzzles 

Small room but very well done inside and good use of the space with great theming 

Some interesting puzzles and games 

Fun throughout but make sure you have some Egyptian knowledge which we did not haha
