The Puzzles themselves were relatively easy but the room was very thematic and terrifying. Struggled on occasion due to low light levels and one puzzle in particular may as well have been in braille. Providing a torch may have ruined the theme but a small pen light would have certainly saved us a headache.

Very thematic room, however, bad lighting, should be provided a torch as it's essential for some of the dark corners you need to look in. Multiple locks of the same type mean you have to try each code in multiple places to find the correct one.
Great host, however lack of countdown clock in the room or method of sharing clues remotely is somewhat immersion breaking. 

Would have been great to have a more immersive environment but enjoyed the puzzles and plot. Great Game master.

Simply put, great to look at If your a Whovian. Unfortunately this didn't make up for the cornucopia of broken puzzles, tedious linear nature of the room and the many times we had moments that the theme demanded we wasted time to do something that was not productive.The broken tech may not have been such an issue were it not for the fact that we had to tell the GM many times it was broken before they finally came and fixed it, due to the linear nature of the room this involved us having nothing to do for nearly 10 minutes.
