What a brilliant game. We really enjoy it. So many unique puzzles, all custom built. The GM was really good and we'd asked not to have hints unless we were really off course as we're more about the puzzles than getting out on time. He pitched it perfectly and only hinted at the end to help us get out with seconds to go. 

Puzzles were badly made and broken. Very low quality. We called out to the GM that we thought something was broken so we could get past it but they just kept repeating (via text on screen) the same hint so weren't listening to us at all. We almost walked out after waiting 20 mins for them to solve but was intrigued as to how bad the rest was (and knew we wouldn't get a refund from EH). I will never play an EH again, they just don't care, they are in it for the money and nothing else.  

Really enjoyed this game. Right from the start when 'Belle' introduced us to the story of what happened until after the game, it was so immersive. Fantastic puzzles. Some really different puzzles. The GM knew that we were in it for the puzzles so held back the hints apart from one puzzle where I clearly had it wrong. Can't wait to come back and play the other 2. 

Visited Escape Entertainment today to play both rooms. Did Castle Heir first. Bespoke built puzzles with no padlocks. Very tactile and fun. Time keeping and clue systems are integrated to the story (not just screens in the corner). Great Games Master.  Looking forward to them buiding new rooms so we can come and play them. Really happy with it. Would recommend.
