It was a fun experience while it lasted, however we were able to escape without solving all the clues. We contacted the owner Sarah and got a very quick response. she was able to check for any technical issues that might have caused us to finish the game without solving everything.
She provided a full refund nevertheless without even asking for it. We will be trying other games from her company soon.
