As a temporal agent searching for clues to another agent's location, you're thrown into a classic locked door puzzle which is a nice route in to a reasonably lengthy game. One of us had an initial issue with the tech and needed to download firefox to get it working more but likely a user issue than the game.
Two small bugs while playing but nothing a refresh of the browser didn't correct and the puzzles were varied enough to keep our interest. With multiple locations/users it's still essentially playing as one user's game - so locks will remain firmly shut even if another team member has resolved them - hence you might as well be playing alone, it's only really the zoom/skype/phone link that keeps you connected. That said, it can be quite useful as one of us had to leave pre end of game and came back and finished it later alone. It can also be frustrating to come into a room to find all of your companions have already opened all of the locks leaving completed puzzles (!) - so it's one of those "to note" comments rather than a complaint.
There are cleverer 'multi-player' experiences out there, but it played well, was fair, didn't require any hints and was a good for the price. Hasnt put us off playing the other game.
Very well done! Communication is super important, as each player is logged in to their own game link- so you have to help each other along and stay together through the game. Puzzles were medium difficulty, but all clever and logical. Lots of cool technical features, like 3d models. Great story-line which was consistent and strong throughout the game. We really enjoyed it, 3 smiley faces!
I was going to give this only 2.5 stars (I played it with egnor, and it was actually my computer that got hit with the tech issues) but the big saving grace here is that because there's no live host, you can PLAY IT AGAIN afterwards to explore the easter eggs you missed. I found that as a no-pressure casual one-person experience it was a lot more comfortable than making my friends wait for me because of my tech issues.
(If you care, make sure that when running Chrome you have hardware acceleration on so that 3D works. Some puzzles will be impossible to solve if you don't have actual in-browser 3D, and unfortunately the demo game doesn't test this for you.)

So I recommend this one for “People in lockdown missing escape rooms” because it’s actually the closest experience to an escape room I’ve had in lockdown so far? No seriously! It’s… Exactly what you’d expect from an escape room. I almost regret doing this as a solo player rather than calling round to my regular team, but we live and learn!
