Unlike our portable game that we bring to you, these are accessible online and combine browser-based clues with print & play elements.
Using video conferencing software, like Skype or Zoom, you could even team up with players in a different household and play along together!

We played a lot of at home escape games during the pandemic and this series was by far our favourite. We loved the QR code mechanism to the game and the mix of interactive paper and online clues.
Had some cool puzzles and was a fun time. QR system worked well, and liked that there weren't too many pieces of paper or fiddly puzzles
Very good value for £9 (incl dontaion to charity) and some really ingenious puzzles in here. As others have noted, the QR code mechanism is brilliant, but a bit fiddly. I understand that the next chapters have addressed this, so we look forward to playing those as well.
We took 3hrs but that was mostly down to the wine and conversation. A very social way of doing an escape room. Would recommend.
Well thought out design to lead you to more detailed puzzles and a good level of difficulty - I would say we found this hard, although in part our time reflects technical issues with having eyes too old to read small things, QR codes on mobile phones and fiddly paperwork required, and from needing to reprint some sheets later in the game after going wrong, which was a little frustrating at the time. However, developers have been very responsive to feedback and have made some changes to the game which I think will iron out most of these issues and I would have no hesitation in recommending it as a fun game to play if at home.
Very clever and creative compact puzzle with QR-code mechanics. Really enjoyed it with a team of 4 in two households. Not a 5 star due to fiddly nature of QR codes on phones and one puzzle that really required a leap of logic (in my opinion). Already bought Chapter 2 - can't wait!

There's an elegance in economic design. And where the other print and play games I've tried consist of a fat wad of pages, Co-Decode's game consists of a mere 3-5 sheets (their game description avoids specifying the exact number, so I'll follow suit), and from that somehow produces an unusually substantial game.
Of course, that's because there's quite a lot of web-based content. The primary game sheets depict locations, and each point of interest in that location is marked with a QR code. Scann...
