More of an immersive experience than escape game. Very little in terms of puzzles but an enjoyable experience hiding from guards and stealing artefacts nonetheless.

During a long lockdown of me sitting at home in my pyjamas watching heist documentaries (such as This is a Robbery – which The Perfect Crime is a loosely based sequel to), Rogue Immersive have been hard at work planning a heist of their own. What they’ve launched this summer is an experience that puts you, the player, at the centre of your very own art heist.
Overall, The Perfect Crime is one of London’s hottest and most epic experiences you can do this year! Having security systems like the CCTV cameras, lasers and sensor flooring really created the realistic experience. Although it felt difficult for just 2 players, and the security guards added additional pressure throughout the game, the guidance from Control really assisted with pushing you through the game without spoiling the experience. The whole time you are there, it feels genuine and realistic.
