Big use of internet in this one, not that it is bad. Would have been nice if there would have been a voice for all the dialog and not just a part of it(it's made to look like a chat but sometimes there is an audio for the text) also the text moves extremely fast losing the feel that someone is writing this and you have to scroll up after all the messages have been send.
As for the puzzles, we have a linear play with one puzzle at a time, soo I wouldn't recommend more than 2-3 players, the ritual part of the game is ok, but some of it is just for theme and is fine. there is one part of the game that is a nice gimmick(heat sensitive component) but I feel it gets overused and it didn't work all that well. But all in all the puzzles where good, we had one of them where we got stuck and needed a hint, but had to get 3 hints because the first ones where something we already had figured out and we didn't even feel dumb after getting it, we just felt we didn't have the right instructions about what was going on.
While I've written a lot about the bad experience I like to point out that it was a minor part of the game.
I appreciate the IDEA, and particularly enjoyed the jump scares. But the execution wasn't great. 1) They misspelled my name (and I know of others who also had their names misspelled). 2) The heat-sensitive component was essentially broken; not sensitive to heat at all, and foggy enough even when fully heated that it was hard to see what you needed to see. 3) The ultimate puzzle was incredibly easy and solvable from the very beginning, which was remarkably anticlimactic.
