Not really sure what the story was in this room. It started with a puzzle that needed outside knowledge. We were missing some of it, so we had to brute force one of the answers. Luckily it wasn't hard. Quite a few doors involved, but most spaces did not have many puzzles. Clever use of mirrors... and maybe a clever use of a magnet in the real room but the digital one had a bad translation of that. Other than that you had to count, do math, place items and search.
On the way you had to collect trophies, which also worked as progress meter, which was nice.
The game had an error when we played causing us to waste 45 min searching for something that wasn't there (and the hint system didn't have anything for this puzzle, so we couldn't even consult that and find out that it was a bug). It needed an operator, that unfortunately was in a timezone about 10 hours from ours and didn't see our message because their messenger didn't send notifications. We got to finish the game many hours later, which was a bit frustrating. Also, because they are just selling the game on, the support messages was in the thread of "not our fault", "we would have given you a discount, but can't, because we are only reselling someone elses game". Mistakes happen - we certainly understand that - but it did feel like bad customer service and communication. Why even mention a discount, if you can't give it - we didn't ask for one.
Mediocre puzzles, lackluster decorations in the rooms and a bug. This was a game for a birthday celebration... luckily we played a much better game after this.
