The success rate for the Factory was apparently even lower than for the Lab (a.k.a. ‚hardest room in Estonia‘ Lab – at time of playing, there had been only three successful teams, ever (!).
It’s very linear and unusually difficult, consisting of a series of tough puzzles one after another. Neither of our teams got out. One found it highly frustrating, the other enjoyed it a lot. Personally I liked it, though it helps to go in knowing just how slim the odds of success are! 
Potentially entertaining game, let down due to breakage (when we did it) of parts that meant we couldn’t solve a puzzle for 20 mins. If they’d made the chemistry puzzle a little more robust, I would probably have enjoyed this a lot more!
