Mario and Luigi has opened a bar in the real world! And now they want their friends from all the games to visit. Unfortunately someone else followed through the portal they made. Save the world from Space invaders.
Great host who could send us hints through a gameboy necklace we could put on. Loved the theme - both the bar and the games. Some cool hidden features that we really enjoyed. If you fail try and try again.
Because we are a bit old and movement challenged, we were not so happy with the puzzles near the floor, but with a little help from our awesome GM, we made it through! So much fun and such great energy. The game room is a bit old but not so much we thought about it much. Everything worked and it was not traditional locks.
Lots of great ideas all linked to a famous plumbing duo but let down by a lack of signposting and intermittent technological failures. Really enjoyed the quirkiness of the game and the originality of some of the puzzles.

The theme and decor are an absolute treat to anyone who grew up playing 80s arcade games. Like Claustrophobia's other games, it eschews padlocks and goes for creative, on-theme puzzles. They make fantastic use of lighting and effects to sign-post when you've solved a puzzle (with one frustrating exception, when it wasn't clear that we'd opened something).
Parts of it are a little bit linear, with one puzzle in particular that can only be operated by two people and which takes time to complete, ...
